No. We work with artisans and craftsmen all over India who are trained in various prints and weaves. By coordinating with artists from different regions, we make sure you can pick up Mandala-designed bedsheets, Dabu sheets, block printed sheets, and tie-dye sheets all at the same place.
We work directly with the bedsheet makers and fabric weavers without the help of middlemen. As a result, we are able to bring you exceptional quality bedsheets at the best possible prices. We make it a point to ensure the product prices on our website are the lowest you can ever find.
While many of the products that we offer are handmade, hand weaved, and handcrafted goods, you can also pick machine-printed and processed bedsheets in a variety of colors and designs.

It is hence recommended you change and wash your bed sheets at least once a week. If you spend more time in your bed (working, eating, and resting), then you should change and wash your bedsheets twice a week.
All our bed sheets are made of pure cotton and experience moderate wrinkling after a wash. You can choose to iron your bedsheets in mild heat if you like them to look crisp and smooth. Even without ironing, the bedsheets of our brand stay soft and neat and are perfect for regular use.
When you choose bedsheets made with vegetable dyes and block prints from our label, there are chances the excess color slightly comes off when you wash these. We hence recommend hand washing these separately for the first two cycles. Once all the excess color goes away, you can machine wash the bedsheets in a gentle mode.
For machine-printed bedsheets, you can machine wash them from the first cycle. Again, choose gentler cleaning modes.
All our bedsheets fare better when you don’t tumble dry them. You don’t have to bleach or starch our bedsheets. These are designed to get softer with every wash.
Once you proceed to the payment gateway and pay for the order, you will get an ‘order success’ intimation on the same page. You will also be receiving an email that your order has been placed successfully. You can always contact our customer team to confirm.
You can definitely order multiple pieces of the same product. In case we don’t have the quantities in stock, we will procure them for you. Please note that in such cases, the processing and delivery time can be slightly delayed.

We usually take anywhere from 5-7 days to ship a domestic order. It would take another 2-5 days for the product to reach you depending on the logistics provider we use.
We have a working partnership with all top logistics service providers in the country. The carrier will be chosen based on the destination location and slot availabilities.
Each of the bedsheet sets that you order weighs 1-1.5 kg. It hence gets very expensive for us to ship our products via premium logistics providers for free. By charging a moderate shipping fee, we are able to provide the products at the lowest possible prices and also ensure your products reach you safe and quick.
Delivery of products across India takes 2-5 days in most cases. In case your product is delayed, connect with our customer support team. We will be able to identify the problem and get it sorted. Sometimes, natural calamities, government regulations, and other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays in delivery.
We will not be able to ship parts of the same order to different addresses. If you want products to be delivered to multiple addresses, we recommend you place multiple orders.
We do ship internationally. Shipping charges will vary depending on the location you are from. Some countries may also levy custom duties and taxes on products that you order overseas. We will contact you with the shipping charges and additional costs once you place your order.
You can use all kinds of payment modes including debit and credit cards, NetBanking, UPI transfer, and most mobile wallets, to make payments.
Given the current COVID pandemic situation, we are currently not accepting cash on delivery as a payment mode for the safety of our customers. You can pay through any of the other popular payment modes.
We do not have EMI options on our website as of how. However, you will be able to opt for EMI payments through your banking provider when you pay through debit and credit cards. Do check with them.

Yes. You can opt to return a product that was received defective. Please do note that because of image lighting and the way handmade bed sheets are created, the below issues will not be considered defects.
In case your product was received fine, but you want to return it because you changed your mind or did not like it, you can still go ahead and opt for a return request. However, please be aware of the below conditions.
Return requests will be processed within 7-14 days of requesting for the same. Your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned goods. Please know that returns are subject to the discretion of Bedsheets India. However, we are a bunch of helpful folks and will make sure you are happy with the return process.
